Cultural Development Fund is established from the 1st of January 2022 according to the Administrative Regulation no. 40/2021 article 41, references to the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC, from the Portuguese acronym) or the Cultural Fund (FC, from the Portuguese acronym) on the current Website are considered as "Cultural Development Fund".

Through a series of subsidies and supporting initiatives, the Programme's objective is to foster local talents in the cultural and creative industries sector, helping to incubate potential cultural and creative products, to promote and advertise Macao's brands, and to decisively promote the growth of this sector.
